1. Agreement
By using Zerotox you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. By using this service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the app or send label photos for analysis.

2. The service
Zerotox provides AI-assisted reading of product ingredient labels (food and cosmetics) and preference-oriented summaries. The service is for that purpose only. Features, limits, and availability may change. Results depend on photo quality, OCR, and third-party models and databases — they may be incomplete or incorrect.
3. No medical advice
Zerotox is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, allergen, or safety advice. Preference matches are not diagnoses. Always verify the physical package and consult a qualified professional when needed. Do not rely on Zerotox for life-threatening allergies.
4. Accounts
Sign in with Apple is used to authenticate you for rate limits and subscriptions — not to build a social profile on our servers. You are responsible for activity under your Apple ID session in the app.
5. Subscriptions
Optional Premium purchases are billed by Apple via your Apple ID. Auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple’s App Store terms. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
6. Acceptable use
Zerotox is intended solely for scanning product ingredient labels (food and cosmetics). Uploading any other content is prohibited. You may only upload labels you are authorized to photograph, for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. Do not misuse the service (e.g. attempt to bypass rate limits, disrupt systems, or use Zerotox unlawfully). Do not upload illegal, harmful, or prohibited content — including sexually explicit material, content that exploits minors, or any other material that violates applicable law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zerotox is not liable for decisions you make based on analysis results, missed allergens, or service interruptions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — those limits apply only as allowed.
8. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection rules, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived by contract under those laws (including certain GDPR-related rights described in our Privacy Policy).
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
